Measuring Off-Search Reach

Search ranking is only one way a page earns attention. A link that is shared in a post, forwarded in an email, or passed between people can reach an audience and shape what answer engines learn, without ever ranking in a traditional index.

We track that with a metric we call the Klovect: a read on how far a page travels, and how often its content gets repeated back, purely through direct and shared distribution rather than through search placement. It is the part of a brand's footprint that ordinary rank tracking never sees.

For brands that move first in a category, much of the early reach is exactly this kind, earned through sharing before search has caught up. Measuring it tells us what is working before the rankings confirm it.
